Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using The Anonymous Therapist Books website, creating an account, purchasing a product, downloading a resource or joining a membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Website & Resources
The website and its books, chapters, clinical resources, worksheets, diagrams, reference materials and other content are provided for professional education, information and general reference purposes.
You are responsible for determining whether any information or resource is appropriate for your professional circumstances and for the needs and circumstances of individual clients.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Accounts and membership access are intended for the registered user and must not be shared with other users unless expressly permitted.
Purchases & Consumer Rights
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at the point of purchase. Availability, pricing and product specifications may change.
Digital products are supplied electronically where indicated. Printed publications may be fulfilled through third-party printing, retail or distribution services and may therefore also be subject to the applicable provider's fulfilment conditions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
Membership Entitlements
Founding Membership is offered at US$19 per year while the membership remains continuously active. If a Founding Membership is cancelled, expires or otherwise lapses, the Founding rate is lost. Any subsequent membership will be offered at the membership price available at that time.
Membership benefits may develop over time as the Knowledge Ecosystem expands. Specific resources and benefits available to members will be identified on the website.
Membership access and individual purchases are separate entitlements. If a membership expires or is cancelled, access to membership-only resources and benefits will end. Any digital product separately purchased by the user will remain available to that user in accordance with the applicable purchase terms.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content and resources are owned by or licensed to The Anonymous Therapist Books and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, distributed, sold or commercially exploited without permission.
Where a worksheet or resource is specifically identified as suitable for client use, a therapist may use or print that resource with their own clients in the ordinary course of clinical practice. This permission does not permit resale, republication, public distribution or inclusion in another commercial product or service.
